We ship Mind Lab Pro® fast, anywhere in the world. We also make returns easy.

Shipping

All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day, depending on the time we receive the order. If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, then it will be sent out on the next normal working day.

All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.

Please note: The expected delivery times below are as given to us by the shipping companies. All timings are estimates. Parcels can unfortunately be delayed for many reasons, please check your tracking number with the courier and allow 72 hours before contacting us.

Returns

Unused and unwanted items

If you've ordered something by mistake, or changed your mind, then returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Simply contact our friendly customer support team here within 14 days of receiving your order.

They will give you the appropriate address, and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. You will have to pay for return postage and when we get the items back we will inspect it and issue you a refund, less our shipping costs. This process can take a couple of days and refunds can take anything up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note, if you have purchased more than a 12 month supply, or have deliberately contravened our terms and conditions in relation to reselling, then your order will fall under our wholesale returns policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unhappy we will take back any UNUSED bottles from your order and refund you or one bottle. Please note that if you open more than one bottle you cannot claim a refund on the additional bottles and we cannot take them back.

Before requesting a refund we simply ask that you take your Mind Lab Pro® as directed on the label until the container is empty and then assess your results. Please note that for best results all supplements should be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle - including a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Our return system is very easy to use:

  • To claim your refund, YOU MUST FIRST email cs (at) mindlabpro.com or cs (at) performancelab.com
  • Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a whole bottle and assess your results
  • You must supply your full name, address and order number with any return
  • You will be refunded to the source of your original payment, minus the shipping costs
  • If you don't follow these guidelines we cannot track and process any return and we may not be able to refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
